Most clubs arrive with one spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and a filing cabinet. That is a completely normal starting point and we do this migration regularly.
Do not tidy it up first — the mess tells us how the club actually works, and cleaning it is our job rather than yours. We will come back with what we could read, what we could not, and what we need you to confirm.
